How does Virgous sizing run?

Virgous pieces are true to size and designed for a relaxed comfort fit. If you prefer a closer, more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Each product page lists model measurements (for example, our model is 5'7" wearing size S) to help you choose.

What sizes does Virgous offer?

Most styles are available from XXS to XL, depending on the product. Available sizes and live stock are shown on each product page. If a size is sold out, it will appear as unavailable at checkout.

What kind of clothing does Virgous make?

Virgous is a premium comfortwear brand offering elevated everyday essentials — sweatpants, shorts, tees, and accessories for men and women. Every piece is built around premium fabrics, a considered fit, and timeless design for daily wear.

Fabric, Quality & Care

What fabrics does Virgous use?

Our core pieces are made from premium natural fabrics such as 100% organic cotton terry (300gsm) for sweatpants and organic cotton blends for tees and shorts. We choose fabrics for softness, breathability, and durability in everyday Indian weather.

How should I care for my Virgous clothing?

To keep organic cotton pieces looking their best, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or line dry. Washing cold and drying gently helps preserve the fabric, fit, and colour over time.

Is Virgous clothing ethically made?

Yes. Virgous is committed to ethical manufacturing and does not support child labour. We prioritise quality and responsible production over hype, working with partners who meet our standards for fair, safe working conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Does Virgous ship across India?

Yes, Virgous ships nationwide across India through trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS so you can follow your delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for metro cities, 3–7 business days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and 5–10 business days for remote locations.

Does Virgous offer free shipping or Cash on Delivery?

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above a threshold; standard charges apply below it. Cash on Delivery is available and may include a small additional handling fee.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, or any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. For help, contact support@virgous.in.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is Virgous's return policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Caps, socks, undergarments, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How are refunds issued?

Approved returns are refunded as Virgous Store Credit, sent to you by email for use on future purchases. Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Exchanges are free for size issues and manufacturing defects. Exchanges for personal preference carry a flat ₹200 logistics fee (or actual transport cost). Items bought during a sale or promotion are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
