Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Virgous, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event of a delay or stock-related issue, our team will contact you promptly.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to an additional handling fee.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or government regulations.


Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Re-delivery requests may be subject to additional shipping charges.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Client Experience Team.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our courier partners to investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once they have been dispatched.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
  • Before the order has been dispatched

After dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
