Returns & Exchanges

At Virgous, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed pieces and want you to enjoy every order with confidence.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

Please do not remove product tags if you may wish to return or exchange your order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Caps and headwear
  • Socks, undergarments, and other personal-use items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Select health and personal care items

Please note that caps are considered a hygiene-sensitive product and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Initiating a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our Client Experience Team with your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.


Store Credit

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund amount will be issued as Virgous Store Credit. Store Credit can be used towards future purchases on Virgous.in and will be shared with you via email.

Store Credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy


We offer free exchanges for size-related issues and manufacturing defects.


For exchanges requested due to a change of colour, style, or personal preference, a logistics and handling fee will be applicable to cover the cost of reverse pickup and re-shipment. The applicable fee shall be either the actual transportation cost based on the customer’s location or a flat fee of ₹200, as determined by Virgous.


However, Virgous reserves the right to waive such charges on a case-by-case basis as a goodwill gesture for eligible customers and orders.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or with special discounts are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved return may be issued as store credit.

If the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
